Uniform/Equipment Request

Please fill-out the form below to request uniform items or equipment.  Please note that some items, such as bunker gear, require precise measurements. You must make an appointment with a quartermaster if you do not know your exact sizes. All items require the 'reason for replacement' box to be completed. Once your items are ready for pickup you will receive notification to pick up your order. Most orders are filled within 1-2 weeks, however, some items may take as long as 8-10 weeks.
