calendar is for P.C.F.D. members only. Only P.C.F.D. members can
post to this calendar.
Instructions for sign-up:
Please
follow these steps to sign-up for duty. If you have any
questions, please contact
Jonathan Kempler at Station 83 (Shift 3).
1) Click on the SDV Sign-up Calendar link
below. You'll be taken to a new window that will display the SDV
Calendar. The current month calendar will load by default.
2) Click on the date you wish to sign-up for.
3) You will be taken to a new screen that will allow you to
create a new calendar entry. Under "Calendar Text" enter your
name & radio number (ex: John Doe 8425). *If someone else has
previously entered a shift for the same date, click "Create"
first.
4) Next enter your start time and end time (remember this is 24
hour format).
5) Under "Category" click on the station you are signing up for.
6) You're done! Click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
Notes:
- Sometimes the system is slow to respond,
if you cannot load the calendar, wait a few minutes and hit
reload within your browser.
- Once you have signed up for your shift
you'll be taken to a screen that lists the information that
you have submitted. To return to the calendar, go to "View
Calendar" at the top of the page (yellow box)
- If you want to delete a shift, simply
click on the date that you'd like to delete and you'll be
taken to a screen that lists the shifts assigned that day.
Click on the scissor symbol next to the shift you want to
delete. Do not delete other members shifts.
- Your shift will be displayed in a
color-coded box that represents the station you signed up
for.
- Do not attempt to change the
color of your text or text box.
