Peachtree City Fire Department Officers And Staff Recognized
On January 27th
2007 the dedicated staff of the Peachtree City Fire Department
turned out to honor their own at their annual awards banquet.
The Department utilizes this event to install newly elected
members of the Volunteer Associations Board of Directors and
recognize their members who perform above and beyond the level
of expectations of their grueling profession.
The venue for
this year’s event was the elegant Glendalough Manor in
neighboring Tyrone. The list of special guest included Mayor
Logsdon, Council Representative Judi-Ann Rutherford, City
Manager Bernie McMullen and numerous Life Members of the
organization. There were also members of the Peachtree City
Rotary and the Sons of the American Revolution on hand to show
support for the organization.
